At CareMatch we are asking for Carer Members to join a highly motivated team of individuals who have similar values and wish to make a real difference in the world of care.

You will be caring for Care Receivers in their own home in a way which respects their dignity and promotes independence.
Main Responsibility
Some Of The Things You Can Expect To Do
Assist with the requirements of daily living
Carry out specific duties detailed in a Care Plan
Adhere to any agreed timetables
Work with a care receivers budget
Deliver personal care
Understand and meet the individual needs of the person who needs care
Report any changes in a persons circumstances and wellbeing
Liaise with relevant professionals (GPs, District Nurse etc) when necessary
Deal courteously with people and their families

Some Of The Skills You May Have As A Candidate
A valid Care certificate or equivalent
Experience delivering care in the community
Friendly, organised and professional
Keen to work independently
Able to complete administration records accurately
Reliable and able to work under pressure

Would you like to be part of a unique care community and earn from £15 per hour you work, with enhanced rates on bank holidays?
CareMatch Members are all self-employed carers that work as a community to provide care for individuals in their own homes.
CareMatch will onboard you, complete all Right to work and DBS checks and pass you over to the community Coach that will assist in matching you with Clients
